This method will export emails in MBOX file. All messages of a mailbox (Inbox) will be saved in one MBOX file.

  1. Fire up Thunderbird.
  2. Right-click on Inbox folder or any other mailbox.
  3. Select ImportExportTools NG > Export folder.

  1. Open Thunderbird email client.
  2. Select the emails that you want to migrate.
  3. Go to File menu bar and select Save > File.
  4. Select the folder to extract Thunderbird mail and save them.

  2. Select emails from the mailbox folder using Ctrl+A.
